HOPPY


Hazy IPA. brewed with pilsner malt, malted white wheat, flaked and malted oats. Hopped solely with Mosaic. We're tasting dank blueberries, drippy, overripe peach, spicy dried orange rind, papaya, mango, and a big ol' mouthful of zebra stripe gum.

PERENNIAL (8.2%)

Double IPA brewed with our hand-sourced IPA grain bill and double dry hopped in stainless with a fine batch of Citra hops. We’re tasting tropical push pops and hunks of ripe honeydew dunked in mango juice.

SOIL & CITRA (8.2%)

Fruited Sour


Fruited Sour IPA fermented over raspberries, blackberries, almonds, and whole vanilla beans. Hopped with Cashmere and Mosaic. We're tasting scoops of sorbet and amaretto rum punch.

HARVEST KILL (7.3%)

Lagers & Session


Foeder Fermented Pumkin Ale brewed with a blend of Vienna and Munich malts as a base, and then layered in Biscuit, Red Wheat, and Spelt malts to give the beer a nice, bready pie crust. We’re tasting a warm slice of classic pumpkin pie

SYCTHE (5.7%)

Wit Beer - brewed with raw and malted wheat, and malted oats, coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with Pacific Jade. We’re tasting spiced biscuits, warm banana cream pie and fresh squeezed orange water.

GATHER HOUSE (4.8%)

Extra Crisp Kolsch with German pilsner and a touch of wheat. After a clean fermentation, we dry hopped it with german tango. This beer is crisp and well rounded with light floral gumball notes and a balanced body.
