HOPPY
American Pale ale Crafted with crystal malt and a hop medly of Centennial, Chinook, Columbus and Simocoe hops. Slightly bready front with forest bathing notes of pine and oak finished off with some classic citrus notes.
PRINCEWOOD (5.5%)
Double IPA brewed with our hand-sourced IPA grain bill and double dry hopped in stainless with a fine batch of Citra hops. We’re tasting tropical push pops and hunks of ripe honeydew dunked in mango juice.
SOIL & CITRA (8.2%)
Foeder IPA - Brewed with two row, white wheat, and oats. Fermented in oak, then transferred and dry hopped with pacific jade and mosaic. We're tasting ripe melon, blackberries, and bright citrus. overripe melon.
SOW & GATHER (6.5%)
Showcases the vibrant interplay of Enigma, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Enigma brings notes of ripe mango, white grape, and passionfruit; Citra layers in bright citrus and tropical fruit; and Mosaic adds depth with blueberry, stone fruit, and a touch of pine. The result is a lush, pillowy beer bursting with juicy character and finishing smooth and saturated.
RIVER SWELL (8.5%)
Triple IPA brewed American, two row and white wheat and oats, and hopped heavily with all Nelson. Were tasting white grape must, juicy peaches and white wine spritzers on a spring afternoon.
TERRA NELSON (10.5%)
Fruited Sour
Fruited Sour IPA fermented over raspberries, blackberries, almonds, and whole vanilla beans. Hopped with Cashmere and Mosaic. We're tasting scoops of sorbet and amaretto rum punch.
HARVEST KILL (7.3%)
Dark & Amber
Imperial Stout Contains Lactose-Conditioned on coffee from our friends at Big Mouth Coffee in Beacon, NY. This beer was also rested on fresh vanilla bean and a bit of cinnamon. It is all at once decadent, delicious and deep in flavor. We're tasting a perfectly pulled espresso with a bit of Toffee Cream.
TEN ACRES: COFFEE (9.0%)
Imperial Stout is a decadent expression of dessert-like richness. Brewed with a blend of dark malts and conditioned on cocoa nibs and generous amounts of toasted coconut, it pours deep and glossy with aromas of fudge, milk chocolate, and sweet roast. Layers of velvety coconut and soft vanilla unfold across the palate, finishing smooth, warming, and indulgent liquid macaroon crafted for slow, savoring pours.
TEN ACRES: MACAROON (9.0%)
Bourbon Stout - Brewed with maris otter then topped with light and dark crystal malts,
chocolate malts, and black malts. Fermented clean, then transferred to Black Dirt Distillery bourbon
barrels and aged to perfection. We’re tasting top shelf bourbon and a brick of dark chocolate. wafers.
BLACK GOLD (10.5%)
is our take on a traditional Dry Irish Stout that's dark, smooth, and grounded in simplicity. Brewed with Irish 2-Row, dark malts, and flaked barley, it pours deep black and reveals layers of roasted coffee, dark cocoa, and gentle toast. The velvety body balances malt richness with a subtle dryness, finishing clean and crisp with a lingering roast and just enough bitterness to invite another sip.
CARLOW (5.5%)
Lagers & Session
Wit Beer - brewed with raw and malted wheat, and malted oats, coriander and bitter orange peel. Hopped with Pacific Jade. We’re tasting spiced biscuits, warm banana cream pie and fresh squeezed orange water.
GATHER HOUSE (4.8%)
Golden Ale - brewed with 2 row, and honey malt, we’re tasting light crisp honey graham crackers, with a sweet honey drizzled grapefruit on the side
