Join us for a hands-on focaccia workshop where our chef will guide you through the process from start to finish. You’ll learn how to work with the dough and top your focaccia with a variety of seasonal ingredients, guided step-by-step.
Each guest will create their own focaccia, which we’ll bake for you to take home and enjoy, along with a custom flavored compound butter you’ll prepare during the class.
Tickets for $40 includes your first beer or wine, plus a welcome charcuterie board to snack on as you settle in.
