Drowned Lands Brewery believes in the inclusion of all people, regardless of race, gender, sex, sexuality, economic class, education, disability, nation of origin, age, faith, or identity. It is our responsibility and resolve to create an environment in which everyone feels welcome. Drowned Lands is dedicated to providing a harassment-free workplace, environment, and experience. Sexual, racist, or exclusionary jokes/behaviors and harassment in any form is not tolerated. Please speak with a staff member if you feel uncomfortable with anyone's action or language in the brewery or taproom.

Online Accessibility Policy

We aim to make our website accessible to the widest possible number of individuals seeking to buy our beer or learn more about the taproom & brewery.

"Accessible" means that people with disabilities have independent and timely access to and use of a product or system, in some instances with the help of assistive technologies.  Assistive technologies include adaptive hardware, software and devices which increase, maintain, or improve the functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities.

Drowned Lands Brewery has adopted the Worldwide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as its goal for our website. The guidelines and success criteria of WCAG are organized around the following four principles which lay the foundation for users with disabilities to access and use web content:

  • Perceivable – Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive.

  • Operable – User interface components and navigation must be operable.

  • Understandable – Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable.

  • Robust – Content must be robust enough that it can be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies.

Implementation Guidelines

Drowned Lands Brewery will make good faith efforts, subject to the requirements and exceptions of the applicable laws, to bring our website into conformance with WCAG standards.
